For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and HSA cards. Financing options are also available through Care Credit. Our office accepts cash and checks as well.

We are committed to delivering exceptional care at a fair and reasonable cost. Due to our agreements with insurance providers, patients are responsible for their portion of payment at the time of service. Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees incurred, regardless of insurance coverage.

We will provide a monthly statement, and most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within this timeframe, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility, and we appreciate prompt payment.
