At our office, we are committed to providing exceptional care and flexible financial options. To ensure you receive the maximum insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, we work closely with you throughout the process.

We are in-network providers for Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, United Healthcare, Principal, Sun Life, and Guardian. Additionally, we accept benefits from all dental plans that allow out-of-network care. While we are not in-network with medical insurance providers, we are happy to submit medical claims on your behalf.

To expedite reimbursement, please bring your insurance information to your consultation if you have not already provided it over the phone.
